
Connecting the shoulders
The shoulder has the greatest ROM of any joint of the body, partly because it has no bony restrictions. Therefore, it solely depends on the muscles for stabilization. In this workshop, we will cover mobility as well as stability exercises of the shoulder and how, through the shoulders, we can connect the arms and upper back to the core.
